How do I purchase a ticket in disabled seating?

Purchasing a ticket in the disabled seating are is easy.

Firstly choose from a Gold or Silver membership type depending on what inclusions you want with your membership. Then when filling out your registration details in the other information questions, choose the ‘Disabled’ option when asked what section you would like to sit in.

There are only a limited amount of disabled seats available at Townsville Stadium so get in quick to avoid disappointment.

My reserved seat has changed slightly from last season, why is this?

JCU Townsville Fire reserves the right to move members in order to fill seating gaps. All moves will be allocated within the same seating sections. The Membership Department will take all reasonable steps to contact affected members to discuss your options.

How can I purchase multiple memberships online?

Multiple membership can be purchased online by clicking ‘Add Another Registration’ after filling in one application. You will find this option after selecting submit application & pay online then selecting Next.

How can I pay for my membership?

As we have now launched our new membership website, all renewing members and new members will have to purchase their memberships online via this new website.

If you do not have access to the website you can collect an application form from from Townsville Stadium reception desk (also available online).

Once completed you can either return the completed form via email at membership@townsvillefire.com.au (with payment details completed) or in person to Townsville Stadium where payment will need to be made via cash, debit card or credit card at the time of submitting your form.


How do I update my credit card details?

To update the credit card details linked to your membership payments please click here to download the form. Once complete please email this to membership@townsvillefire.com.au or phone (07) 4729 0091 to update your details.

When will I receive my membership pack?

Membership packs and polo shirts will be available for collection at our Membership Day in late September from Townsville Stadium (dates and times TBC)

How do I become a member?

Becoming a member is easy.

Simply join online today by clicking the ‘buy now’ button next to the membership package you are after. Alternatively you can download the membership application form or collect a copy form the Townsville Stadium reception desk and via return email to membership@townsvillefire.com.au or drop off at the Townsville Fire Office located at Townsville Stadium.

How can I sit with my friends?

Please list the full name of the existing or new member/s you would like to sit next to in the section ‘I would like to sit with/Additional Comments:’. Whilst we cannot guarantee to fulfil every seating allocation request we will do our best to have you and your friends in close proximity.

What age classifies a child membership?

A child is classified as anyone who is 17 or under. (Deemed a child if patron is born on or after 1 Jan 2002)

Are there wheelchair bays available for patrons?

Yes, wheelchair bays are available to purchase for membership. Please call the Townsville Fire membership team on (07) 4729 0091 to check wheelchair availability.

Can a friend use my membership card if I can’t attend?

Yes, they can. Memberships are fully transferable, as long as they fall into the same age category of the membership purchased (Child/Adult). Adult memberships may be used by people in all other levels of entry.

What if I purchased a child membership but want to take an adult on game day?

You can upgrade your membership on game day from the ticket desk at Townsville Stadium by purchasing an upgrade ticket for an additional fee.

Who is eligible for the Concession price?

The concession price covers the following cards:

Pensioner Concession Card

Senior Card

University Student Card

Defence Members

A current copy of the above concession card must be shown at the time of purchase or if purchased online upon collection of your tickets
